- Any active state license
- Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine/Family Practice who has Nursing Home/Geriatric Experience
- Will need to obtain Internal Medicine & Geriatric privileges
- Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm; Rotate call one full week every month
- Inpatient & Outpatient
- BLS & ACLS required
- All patient records are computerized so must type at least 30 wpm
