Join a 7 person group practice in Southern New Jersey. They are looking to hire because one of their physicians is retiring. You will work Monday-Friday in the office and the night call schedule is 1 in 6 weeks. You will see 4 patients per hour. You will do inpatient and outpatient work. The first 6 months you will do no inpatient work. The payer mix is 30% Medicare, 35% HMO and the rest are commercial or self pay. This group uses paper records. The population is 3000. This area offers excellent school systems. This is community is in a very quite suburban community of Philadelphia. Philadelphia is only 10 miles away and is a major metropolitan area. It is the home to several professional sports teams, fine dining, shows and more. This is an employed position with partnership opportunity after 2 years. They give a production bonus. The benefits include: malpractice insurance, tail insurance, CME, Vacation, pension plan, stipend for health insurance.
