Northern Nevada Medical Center is recruiting for two or three Internists to enter into an overhead-sharing arrangement at a new MOB in Spanish Springs, 7 miles north of Sparks, and 12 miles northeast of Reno. The opportunity will be a hospital-sponsored solo position, and compensation will include a competitive income guarantee. The new MOB will include a brand new imaging center and complete lab facilities. Spanish Springs is locating in one of the fastest areas of Washoe County, with a projected 35% growth rate over the next five years. There is a very high demand for primary care physicians in the community. Northern Nevada Medical Center is a 100 bed acute care hospital located on 23 acres in Sparks, NV. The facility occupies 151,500 square feet on seven floors, and includes two adjacent medical buildings. Services include a 24-hour certified Level III emergency department; Chest Pain Center with coronary intensive care/telemetry, EEG/EKG; communication therapy; diagnostic imaging angiography, bone densitometry, CT scan, mammography, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, vascular lab and all-digital diagnostic imaging at Vista Diagnostic Imaging.
