Position:
Seeking two BC/BE Family Practice physicians or Internists to join its Emergency Department medical staff. The facility has a 7-bed department with local paramedic services. A level I trauma center is located 40 miles away. This is an employed position with a competitive hourly rate, malpractice insurance coverage, and relocation package. This progressive community hospital has an administrative team and governing board that is committed to a true partnership with its medical staff. The hospital offers state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and well-trained staff. Physicians should have a patient-focused approach to the practice of medicine.
Schedule/Call/Volume:
-Average of 25 patients per day
-8,000 annual visits
-24-hour shifts
-Minimum 6 shifts per month, more if desired
-Electronic Medical Records system
