Well Established current practice has 3 full-time Family Practitioners, 1 full-time Internal Medicine, and 1 part-time FP. Their volumes have outgrown their capabilities. Two of the partners can see up to 80 patients per day during flu season. Some have had to stop accepting new patients all together. They are looking to expand immediately. Service area 50,000.

Requirements Must have attained Board Certification at some point or be Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. If board eligible, must be on the path to Board Certification. It is not mandatory that the candidate continue to be recertified. Strong preference for American born and trained candidates, but will consider International Medical graduates with excellent communication skills. Male or Female Either MD or DO candidates.

Structure Income guarantee/Independent contractor Working with five other primary care physicians 1:10 weekend call. As for weekday call, there is an option to work three weeks in the clinic, then act as a Hospitalist for this clinic one week. If not interested, the traditional weekday call is available with other physicians in the practice.

Financial Package Net Income Guarantee of $175K to $200K. $20 - $50K for sign on bonus. Hospital paid relocation, $5K in marketing during year 1, student loan repayment, $15K in practice management during year 1. Overhead expenses included in year 1 of the guarantee.
