Salary: Hospital is willing to offer a flexible compensation structure by offering either a one-year income guarantee with a forgiveness provision or an employment contract with full benefits. Income Guarantee - A one year income guarantee, Incremental overhead expense allowance, Marketing Allowance, Relocation allowance and Commitment Bonus. Employment-Base salary plus production based incentive bonus, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Malpractice Insurance, Paid CME, 401k, Relocation allowance and Commitment Bonus.
Job Requirements: Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
Facility/Area Description: Private Practice or Employed by facility. Internist to startup a traditional Internal Medicine Clinic. Great environment to start a practice! Ideally this would be a traditional Internal Medicine opportunity with a combination of inpatient and outpatient care. Physician does have the option of utilizing the Hospitalist Program and have strictly an outpatient clinic. Acute care facility featuring advanced technology and state of the art procedures to fight disease, minimize pain and speed recovery. City is located just east of Jackson. One of the three counties that comprise the majority of the Metro Jackson population.
