Office is located in a beautiful 3 story building. Call 1:8 and they use a hospitalist program. Admit to Winchester Hospital and Mass General is for tertiary care. Partners owns the practice and the doctors are contractors. They offer a salary with bonus. The salary is based on 30% individual productivity and 70% group productivity. The salary will be very competitive to the market. They offer shareholder status in the 3rd yr. The income potential once they are a shareholder is in the $300-$400K range.
