Internal Medicine--Western MA--IM/FP with ED
Board Certified Internal Medicine/Family Practitioner with Emergency Department experience (preferred) or trained for this full time, hospital employed position in Western Massachusetts. Salary is up to $180.00/hr depending on experience, including mal practice and benefits package. This is a 36 hour position with some flexibility with 6, 8, or 12 hour shifts. Sign on, relocation and educational loan repayment are all negotiable. Annual volume of patients seen in the Emergency Room is 13,000; Meditech information system in place as well as PACS imaging system. They are also working toward EMR. The Hospital is a 25 bed critical access hospital with state of the art diagnostic imaging and laboratory services as well as therapeutic and prevention programs that address the health needs of the community. When more specialized care is needed, the patients can be transferred to their affiliate hospital nearby or to another healthcare facility of the patients choice.
