Work a 4 day work week. Call schedule is 1 in 8. See an average of 18 patients per day. Only 1 physician in group, accepts new patients. 90% outpatient work and 10% inpatient work.
The group is affiliated with 2 hospitals that have 320 beds and 160 beds.
Population is 20,000. 2 hours from Baltimore, Pittsburgh and DC. This area offers a ton of outdoor activities including hiking, fishing, camping, canoeing, and biking.
Salary is negotiable. Bonuses are every quarter. Group covers the malpractice insurance, relocation fees, health insurance, long term disability, paid vacation, CME, 401K and pension.
