6 other IMs in the call group, only IM in Kennebunk. There are several NP, PAs and 6 FPs. Base salary is $175K, Call is paid approximately $30K per year for 1/6, and RVU incentive. No partnership option we are hospital owned. Work schedule is flexible full time is 36 clinical hours per week I dont care if this is done in 4 days or five Call is currently 1/6 new IM would make 1/7 2010 graduates are fine Foreign trained is fine Must be Board Certified with 1 year of joining
