- Large successful MSG with 17 physicians with 3 Internists growing to 4
- Call is 1:5. Work Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; average 20-25 patients/day
- Very competitive base, production bonuses and full benefits including 6 weeks of vacation/CME time

- Two hours to Nashville; 20 minutes to Paducah
