Family Practice Sought fr 45 miles from downtown Chicago. This is a Hospital employed setting and part of employed primary care network. The Hospital is eeking to setup new clinics as part of their primary care employed network. Call is 1:6 or lighter 100% outpatient by referring all inpatients to the hospitalist program. Multiple locations to scoose from.
