Primary Care Position Available with Special Interest in Geriatrics. Board Certified or Board Eligible Geriatrician, Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician needed immediately for a full time position with a very busy Primary Care group. The physician will be working with another physician and 2 mid-levels. The position would consist of working strictly in nursing homes, hospice, assisted living facilities or individual homes. The provider has the option to work full-time or part-time and will have the flexibility of setting their hours. The patients who are admitted are handled by the Hospitalists.
(20 minutes from downtown St. Louis, MO). Two year salary contract based on experience, year three and after salary and bonus based on productivity, Call is 1 4 with new individual-traditional practice, the NP and PA also cover call. 3 weeks vacation, CME to be determined with group and benefits include health disability and life insurance, retirement plan and cafeteria plan.
