On behalf of a client located in the beautiful state of Georgia, we are seeking a BE/BC internal medicine physician. The new physician will have an option of either: joining another in an established practice; OR - can set up a solo practice (either independent with hospital guarantee, or employment option). Hospital support will be provided - comprehensive recruiting package. Initially, would involve admitting/unassigned patients, while the practice develops. However, the hospital does have a hospitalist program and, once the practice has built up a bit, there would be an opportunity to utilize the hospitalists for your inpatients. The position would be in a community of about 12K population, but only about 40 miles outside of Atlanta. So - you get the best of both worlds! Live in a smaller community with friendly folks, lower cost of living, and no traffic but, if you want to get to the city for all that Atlanta has to offer - it's just a short drive away!
