Traditional Position: Join a Group of 4 Internists staffing two offices in the Tampa area. We are seeks a physician due to growth. You must have 3-5 years experience as a traditional Internist and be board certified in Internal Medicine. This is a traditional in & outpatient practice covering the hospital for the group's patients only. Call will be 1:5, covering one week at a time. There is no real need to physically go into the hospital at night, but there could be several calls. The admit orders could be called in over the phone and the patient rounded on for H&P in the next AM. Our initial compensation package offers salary and benefits with annual productivity bonus First year income with average production with surpass $200K. The 2nd year will reach $230 - $260K. Partnership begins the third year with compensation packages surpassing the 95th% of MGMA standards. This group performs a lot of ancillary testing in the office to help increase their revenue.
