Enterprise Medical Service: Naples, FL

A multi-specialty medical group with a 15-year history of serving Naples and surrounding communities in Collier County, Florida is seeking an additional Internist. The group is comprised of 70 physicians and over 15 physician extenders. The Internal Medicine division is comprised of ten general Internists, each of whom maintain a dedicated outpatient practice at one of four separate locations. In all, this MSG has 16 separate practice locations throughout Collier County.

General Internists can choose between maintaining an out-patient-only practice or, alternatively, the traditional combination of outpatient and inpatient practice. For those who choose the out-patient-only track, Hospitalists are provided. For those who choose the traditional practice path, call will generally be 1:4 or 1:5, with backup coverage provided by the groups hospitalist service. There are four hospitals located in Collier County. The ideal candidate will be board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine.

A first-year salary guarantee of $170K 180K is provided, depending upon experience. There is an opportunity for a bonus at the end of the first year based on productivity. Relocation expenses are covered. Starting in year two, physicians move to 100% productivity. There is a two-year partnership track and a comprehensive package of benefits.
