- Employed, stable position
- Outpatient and inpatient
- Monday-Friday office hours--rotate on rounding with other physicians
- Call is 1:3--primarily phone
- Walk into a busy practice
- Advertising and marketing provided by group
- Salary of $160k with production incentives
