Join a group with a long, successful history : Groups was incorporated on July 1, 1996 as a multispecialty group with office locations in Hartford, Enfield, Stafford Springs, and Willington, Ct. Members of our group hold active staff privileges at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and the ECHN network in Manchester and Rockville, Ct. Our practice locations now serve a demographic population of approximately 125,000. Two years ago the operating and shareholder agreements were changed to accommodate autonomy within each physicians office. Each partner maintains a separate trial balance of their expenses, collections and compensation. The group shares a real estate partnership in the building which houses the Stafford Springs practice. The right side of that building houses the groups administrative, billing and collections personnel. The salary and benefits of our CFO are equally shared among the partners and the compensation of the billing and collections personnel is paid by the number of transactions posted for each physician.
