Join a large primary care group with two practice opportunities in western Connecticut. The hiring offices are located within 30 minutes of Waterbury and there are both full-time and part-time openings available. The first option is a solo start-up practice with a two year income guarantee and full management support in a new medical office facility. You will have assistance with office set-up, marketing, electronic health records, billing and collections, and financial services. The second option is to join a well-established primary care physician with two NPs and a full office staff. You will have the option of working outpatient only or sharing in a call group of 1:6. The office is open 4 days a week with a half day on Wednesdays. Physicians see an average of 20-24 patients a day. The group will offer a two year negotiable income guarantee in the range of $140,000, malpractice insurance with a vested tail policy, potential relocation assistance, and shareholder bonuses after the initial two year guarantee. Full benefits include health-dental-long/short term disability, retirement, 4 weeks vacation, 1 week and allowance for CME.
