Option of being employee with $200K base salary, $25K signing bonus, production bonuses, full benefits to include loan repayment assistance, $15K relocation, 5-6 wks vacation/CME. Or can be solo ID with hospital guarantee, $25K signing bonus, relocation, marketing and practice start-up expenses.
