We are continuing to build a hospitalist practice form 3 to 4 Hospitalist. You will be mainly working from 7 AM-7 PM with a three (3) week rotation. This is a 7 days on and 7 day off shift model. Once week ever 3rd to 4th rotation you will be asked to work as a nocturnist form 7 PM to 7 AM. You are not required to be at the hospitals but on pager for this week, but most of the time you will be working. The more RVUs you produce the better your income will be at the end of each quarter. This is a procedure based program. This community between Racine and Milwaukee is very nice; the style of practice will help you have an excellent quality of life. Lastly the patient load is very controlled, so you will be busy, but not over whelmed.
