We are continuing to build a hospitalist practice from 10 to11 Hospitalist. This is our biggest and busiest hospitalist program. You will be working various shifts that include 3 hospitalists on from 7 AM-7 PM, 1 on 7AM to 9PM and 1-9PM to 7 AM. . This is a 7 days on and 7 day off shift model. You must be comfortable doing all hospital procedures including lines and intubations. The more RVUs you produce the better your income will be at the end of each quarter. This is an upscale community and this style of practice will help you have an excellent quality of life. The team is very congenial and gets along well together. Lastly the patient load is very controlled, so you will be busy, but not over whelmed.
