Join hospital employed group of 6 full-time hospitalists and 2 part-time hospitalists in community just North of Seattle! Hospital recently decided to ends its relationship with a national hospitalist organization and employ its physicians directly. Hospital is looking to hire three additional hospitalists. Hospital would like to find one physician interested in working as a nocturnist. Physicians primarily work 12 hour shifts. Some night coverage will be required. There is also an 8 hour swing shift. Hospitalists will do some ICU work when working at night. Physicians have a flexible schedule. Physicians participate in the making of the schedule. Hospitalists will work around 2000 hours per year. $200K to $230K compensation + malpractice, health, 192 hours of PTO, 401-K, etc. Beautiful community just 12 miles North of Seattle, WA! Right off Puget Sound!
