* 7on/7off schedule with 14-15 shifts per month * 12 hour shifts - day and night * Typical day rounding on about 12 patients per shift * Night time admissions are anywhere from 0 to 3 * Night shifts can be done from home, carry a beeper or stay in house * Call room for night shifts includes flat screen TV, computer, bed, full bath and shower * No line placement or intubation! Just manage patients * $1,100 for extra shifts * Newly remodeled outpatient surgery center * New emergency room and cancer center * In the process of building a new ICU
