The Physician would receive a large sign on bonus (45k every three years) plus a quality/retention bonus (20k annually). Seeking 4 nocturnists and one day shift hospitalist. Block schedule, the doctor will work 7 days on 7 days off for a total of 26 weeks per year. There is no off-duty call. Midlevel assistance available (NP or PA). Hospitalist will have the choice of performing procedures, or can call in help.. Offering full benefit package.
