Large hospitalist group in Richmond is looking for a both day and nocturnist hospitalists. The schedule is all 12 hour shifts, block schedule, 7 days on and 7 days off. Days rounding and admissions with a census of about 18. Nights are admissions only. No ICU work and no procedures. Work at only one large hospital. Starting base salary of $195,000 range plus an average of $20,000 to $30,000 in bonuses, malpractice with tail, relocation, health/dental, CME allowance, life insurance, disability, PTO, 401k with company match and more. They are also offering a $10,000 sign on bonus. Richmond is a charming and history city on the Chesapeake Bay. It has over 200,000 residents and 400,000 in the immediate area.
