A facility southwest of Houston, Texas is seeking locum tenens Hospitalist coverage for its new Hospitalist program. Two full-time physicians will work a 7 on/off block schedule. The program will provide single coverage during the day with the ER physicians covering the evening shift. A.M. shifts only need coverage. The anticipated daily census is projected at 15-17 patients. Hospitalists will manage the ICU. Ideal candidates will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
