We are assisting a Hospitalist program with the recruitment of a 6th provider for their service. Program currently has 5 Hospitalists admitting and managing an average daily census of 20 patients each, including ICU work. Hospital has 241 beds. Need is due to increased volume. The work week is Sunday Saturday 8a- 5p or a 7 on/7 off schedule generally with flexibility when needed. Call is shared between the 3 physicians assigned to shift, rotating 1x every 3 days. No call when scheduled off. Employed position offering $210K per year plus full benefits.
