Tennessee Hospitalist

Hospitalist needed to join a group of 14 physicians. The position is located in a Knoxville suburb at the foothills of the Smokey Mountains. Work Monday through Friday with a rotating shift schedule. There is no call and the census is 16-18. The hospital has over 250 beds and a separate critical care staff as well. The physician will work as an independent contractor at $85/hr. plus incentive bonuses up to an additional $10/hr. The group will cover the malpractice and tail is provided. There is a $10,000 sign on bonus, $5,000 towards relocation fees, and a $3,000 yearly bonus to be used at the physician's discretion towards CME/Dues/Licenses. The town has a population of 35,000 and a serving area of 150,000. Enjoy the beautiful Smokey Mountains and outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, and mild seasons.
