2 person hospitalist group is looking to expand. They are hiring 2 more hospitalists. Will be going to a shift model. Census is running around 20. Will be covering 24 primary care physicians. Hospital has 200 beds. This community is located 15 miles from Knoxville. Located at the foot of the Smoky Mountains, outdoor activities will surround you. Most popular activities include white water rafting, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. Also near by is Gatlinburg, which is a major resort area. This is an excellent family community. Salary is $180,000 plus bonuses. Partnership is offered after 3 years. Benefits include malpractice insurance, relocation expenses, health insurance, life insurance, CME and 4 weeks PTO.
