There is currently 1 IM in a private practice functioning as a Hospitalist. In addition to admitting and managing an average census of 25 patients, he also sees patients in the ICU. There is a call schedule in place with other IMs in the community on a 1 in 3 rotation. Hospital will assist this private practice by offering the initial income guarantee and incentive plan. Benefit package is being provided by the practice.
