South Dakota Hospitalist

The Medical Center's hospitalist program is designed to provide improved communication and connectivity among the primary care physicians of the region.

Today, Medical Center is the largest medical facility in the region providing a variety of healthcare services. Currently, Medical Center is developing Centers of Excellence and Areas of Specialty in the following areas: cardiology, oncology, neuroscience, emergency and trauma, children's and women's. As a comprehensive medical center, we also offer a variety of healthcare services including stroke, neonatal intensive care, air transport, family health, behavioral health, poison control, sports medicine and wellness.

Sanford is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and has the only CAAMS (Commission on Accreditation of Air Medical Services) accredited flight program in the state of South Dakota.

Medical Center is looking to add a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician. Candidates must be able to work in a team environment with a committment to service and must possess good communication skills. The position will offer a 2-year salary and an incentive compensation plan beginning year three.
