Seeking six Hospitalists to expand this existing 3 person program to a 24/7 coverage. It is a 7 on days/7 off then a 7 on nights/7 off, unless someone wanted to all nights. There is a daily census of 28 pts/day between the 2 person team. Must be comfortable with intubation, running codes by themselves and managing ventilators. Will operate as an independent contractor with an hourly wage based on experience. Will receive a monthly stipend for benefits of $1000/month, prorated by hours. Hospital will cover malpractice. Quality and efficiency incentives available up to 7.5% of hourly wages each. Seeking experienced or new grads. Pulm/CC candidates welcome.

Block schedule, 5on 5 off, starting salary is $150k to $190k for experienced Hospitalists. Salary will move to base, plus productivity next year.
