I have a medical director position and a hospitalist position available in central Pennsylvania. The approximate start date would be October 15, 2009. It is an 83 bed facility. Medical Director - Shifts would be Mon-Fri approx 8-5 - Will help with hospitalist coverage when necessary. - Salary range would be $220,000 plus incentives and possible sign-on bonus plus compensation package.
Hospitalist - Shifts will be 7 on 7 off (24 hour coverage). You will be required to round on patients then you can leave but will be on call. The Medical Director will be there to help on Mon-Fri and a midlevel will be available during the week and on the weekend. - Average census is 20. - Salary range will be $220,000 plus incentives and a possible sign on bonus with a compensation package.
