- Established, very collegial Hospitalist Program is growing
- Seek additional physicians where demand is high from community physicians - - will add two Hospitalists ASAP!
- Work Monday - Friday and share weekends 1 in 4 or more
- Typically work an 8-hour day, but Hospitalists are free to leave after work is completed and can take calls from home and very rarely come back in
- Each physician is responsible for an average of 14 patients including admissions, ICU and floor patients; can follow into units or turnover to Specialists if desired - -
- Salary starts in $170 - $190K range depending on experience and certification
- Option to live in Pittsburgh suburbs or closer to hospital in smaller towns, semi-rural scenic areas or suburbs of the hospital community
- Six weeks PTO and CME time
- All insurances provided including malpractice, health, dental, LTD, STD, life, vision and pharmacy plan
- 401K with matching
