Full time position. Hospital-based EMR and PCOE system, full medical and surgical subspecialty support. Academic teaching opportunities half-an-hour away in Portland. Providence Newberg Medical Center is the newest hospital in the Providence system, opening in June 2006. Its "green" design made it the first hospital in the nation to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. With wireless technology and voice over Internet protocol, it is cutting edge in many ways. With 40 beds and a medical staff of 125, Providence Newberg is just the right size to serve the city of Newberg and numerous small communities in this semi-rural area.
