Oklahoma Hospitalist

Health System, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, has positions for board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine physicians specializing in hospital medicine to join a current, expanding group. Enjoy the security of employment with experienced partners (seven year average), collegial atmoshpere, electronic medical record and a medical director with 12 years of hospitalist experience. No J-1 or H-1B visas can be accepted at this time.

The Hospitalist Opportunity is an employed position with a salary guarantee of $200,000 and a production and quality based bonus plan in the second year. Physician Services offers a signing bonus, relocation assistance, malpractice insurance including tail coverage, full paid benefits, $5000 CME allowance and substantial vacation/CME time.

Currently, the physicians work Monday through Friday with 1 in 4 weekend coverage. Moonlighting residents and fellows reduce nights and weekends worked. Recruiting new physicians will facilitate block scheduling.
