Currently, the physicians work Monday through Friday with 1 in 4 weekend coverage. A block rotation has recently been introduced to the traditional M-F and rotating weekend schedule. New physicians will facilitate adding block time at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center. Moonlighting residents and fellows reduce nights and weekends worked.
500+ bed hospital First year guaranteed salary of 200k Second year - ongoing is a production based salary structure.
