Base Salary 200K and a 25 K quality bonus that all physicians are currently getting
Currently an 8 on 5 off schedule that when two open positions are filled will go 7 on 7 off
There are also 4 full time and 1 part time hospitalist on staff.
Physician sees 15-20 patients a day
