Join hospital employed group of 6 Hospitalists. 1 hospitalist serves as Intensivist for group. Physicians currently work 3 - 12 hour shifts one week and 4- 12 hour shifts the following week. Night shifts are rotated between physicians. Group may go to 7 day on, 7 day off schedule as group grows. Hospital would like to hire an additional 5 Hospitalists. Work out of 150-bed hospital. See 13 to 20 patients per shift. Minimal intensive care work required. Hospital generally has two Hospitalists working during day. 175K compensation + full benefit package + bonus potential.
