A locum tenens Hospitalist is needed for an opportunity north of Columbus, Ohio. The local hospital has close to 200 licensed beds and includes services that can match those located in a major city. The hospitalists are contracted out to a group that works on a schedule of ten days on and ten days off with 12 hour days. While working within the hospital, you would be providing service starting at admission and lasting through discharge for the inpatients for an average of 15 patients per day. There are no special procedures required as candidates will have the full support of all medical specialties. Candidates for the assignment are not required to be Board Certified.
