6 physician hospitalist group 40 minutes from Charlotte is looking to grow to 10. Work at only hospital with over 350 beds. 7 on and 7 off shift model with every eight week will be nights and all other weeks will be days. Each physician has their own nurse working with them. 18 patients maximum census. This will be an employed position with the starting salary between $160,000 and $180,000 based on experience plus bonuses, malpractice, relocation and full benefits that include health/dental insurance, life insurance, disability, $5,000 CME allowance and a retirement plan. The community has 25,000 residents and a serving population of 200,000. Great location with easy access to Charlotte, Asheville and Greenville, SC. Lots of lakes in the area and close to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
