Seeks to form an Intensivist team of 3-4 FTE employed physicians. Initially to share a schedule with a large group of Hospitalists. 15 shifts per month.
Participation in developing protocols and procedures with the goal of patient outcome and excellent care. Able to make decisions with the team for managing the flow of patients both in and out of intensive care units. Nursing staff is highly trained as well as respiratory staff. Guaranteed base with full benefit package is standard.
