University Health Systems Physicians and Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville is seeking BC/BE IM Hospitalists to join their team who provide Internal Medicine inpatient services for Primary Care physicians in Greenville. Day and night block schedule of 7 on, 7 off, with triple coverage at night, and consultative services available for Urology, ENT and Orthopedics.

PCMH is a Level I Trauma Center associated with University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina. PCMH serves as the teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. (this is not an academic position)

University Heath Systems Physicians (UHSP) is a multispecialty physician group owned and operated by University Heath Systems of Eastern Carolina. Currently UHSP employs about 140 providers with a large focus on primary care, but employs several surgical specialties and cardiology as well. The organization is guided by an advisory council, comprised of physicians leaders from throughout the region. This physician governance assures the mission of UHSP is physician focused. The group offers the infrastructure needed to manage a modern medical practice including processes for billing and collection, group contracting, electronic medical records and other technologies. As a provider in UHSP you have the opportunity to shape hospital and system level strategies important to physician growth.

Practice is located 1 hour east of Raleigh and 1 hour 20 minutes from the crystal coast of North Carolina.
