Great opportunity to join a well established group in desirable Asheville, NC. The group currently consists of 20 physicians and they are growing to 25. They work at two hospitals that are affiliated and directly across the street from each other. The group works a 2 week on and one week off rotation. The two weeks on consists of one week of admitting and one week of rounding. The census is currently averaging between 18 and 24 and the goal is to drop it to 15 once the new doctors start. Procedures are optional. Salaried position to start and 2 year partnership track. $177,000 guarantee salary plus productivity bonuses. Average gross income is $225,000.
