- Join 20 year-old stable and growing private IM/subspecialty group
- Seek very recently-trained Internists with top inpatient skills to manage group's own inpatients
- Work 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Monday - Sunday, three, 12-hour shifts one week and four, 12-hour shifts the next
- Manage an average of 15 inpatients and cover group's ED admissions
- Salary is in $150,000 range with excellent and complete benefits; partnership after year three
