Work in an 88 bed hospital with a very high retention rate due to the collegial and doctor-friendly work environment. Schedule will be 7 on/7 off, days only with a rotating week every 6th week of nights, call only no rounding. Average patient census between 14-20, goal is 15 including Admissions. Phone call 1:7. $188K, Malpractice, health, dental, disability, life, CME with stipend, 403B retirement.
