Join hospital employed group of 16 Hospitalists looking to grow to 20. Work 7 day on, 7 day off schedule. See 20 to 25 patients per day. Some ICU work is required. No ventilator management. Very stable group. Group has only had two physicians leave in last 5 years. Group works out of 800-bed medical center and smaller 75-bed facility. Work nights 4 to 5 weeks out of year. $175K compensation plus full benefits (malpractice, health, 5 days CME, $3,000 CME, 401-K plan, $12K relocation) plus RVU Bonus. Most physicians are making in the $250K to $300K range!!
