MISSOURI Branson SKAGGS REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, a progressive healthcare center located in the beautiful Ozark country of Branson, Missouri, is currently seeking a BE/BC Hospitalist to join its staff. Skaggs Regional Medical Center is a full service community owned and supported, not-for-profit 165-bed general acute care medical center with primary and specialized care. The healthcare team of Skaggs Regional is the only healthcare team in Southwest Missouri to receive the prestigious 2009 Healthgrades Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence. Highlights of this position include: Hospitalist team consists of six full-time physicians on site 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Minimum of 15 shifts each month 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. work only 26 weeks each year. The Hospitalist Team provides service response for codes, consultations, inpatient episodic medical care, ICU procedures, unassigned ED call and patient admission/discharges. Each Hospitalist averages 10 days of weekdays; 5-7 night shifts; 2 weekends on/2 weekends off.
