Enterprise Medical Service: Coast Mississippi Seeks Hospitalists
Join an 8 person Hospitalist program in a 400+ bed facility in Coastal Mississippi. Group is looking to expand to a 10 person group. Excellent compensation package and productivity bonus. The way the bonus structure works one could potentially double your salary. The schedule which was established by the physicians is 3 weeks on and 1 week off schedule. You will work 2 weeks of days and 1 week of nights (pager only) and 1 week off. On your day weeks, once you have made your rounds you will go home. It is not uncommon to be finished by 2:00 in the afternoon. On your night week you are NOT required to be in the hospital. If you are called in to the hospital you are usually only there for a couple of hours and then can go home. Night call is from 8p - 8a. Hospital will offer Student Loan repayment, and 6 weeks vacation. Full hospital benefits to include, medical, dental and vision. Physicians round on an average of 15 patients per day.
